Drivers must be of age 21, and must have a drivers license valid at least for one year.
Accidents, damages and fines

Customers must inform about all accidents by phone and in written from within 24 hrs from the occurring fact. Eventual fines elevated during the time of rental will be at total charge of the customer, for fines excelsior will guarantee the customer with the notice as prescribed from the law and will charge the customer with no time limit.
Pick up and Drop off

This is the pick up and drop off service in the place desired by the Customer.
- Urban Area: euro 20,00*
- Extra Urban Area (outside of the city): to be agreed with the customer.
Pick up beyond office hours

To be agreed with the customer.
Fuel Service
-
Vehicles must be dropped off with the same amount of fuel found at pick up, all missing fuel will be charged to the customer.
